Set right on the ocean, Still Salty Escape offers the perfect balance of uplifting movement and deep rest, making it an ideal setting for the Power and Peace Retreat.
Mornings begin with spicy, playful, and challenging practices designed to energize both body and mind. In the evenings, the pace softens with gentle and restorative yoga, along with pranayama, helping calm the nervous system and support a truly restful sleep.
Every part of the retreat is optional, so you can shape your days according to what feels best for you. For those who wish to explore more deeply, Rachelle will lead two focused workshops: Power: Arm Balance 101 and Peace: Nervous System SOS.
This is an all-inclusive experience, and from the moment you arrive in Managua, everything is taken care of. With delicious meals, inspiring excursions, nourishing movement practices, and massages, you can leave everyday responsibilities behind and fully settle into the experience.
