🌿 Return to Spirit
Over five days in the wild mountains of Órgiva, this retreat offers a space to gently unlayer, reconnect, and return to your true nature.
There comes a moment when pushing, performing, and holding everything together simply stops working. This is an invitation to step away from that pattern and come back to what is real.
Set in the beautiful natural surroundings of Órgiva, you will be held in a loving and deeply supportive environment designed to help you release what no longer serves, reconnect with your inner landscape, and remember the essence of who you are.
Through guided breathwork journeys, plant medicine ceremonies, movement, dance, nature immersion, yoga, and honest sharing, we open space for both depth and softness—for release, clarity, and reconnection.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to what has always been there.
You will be supported by two experienced facilitators who offer a grounded, intuitive, and caring space, allowing you to go as deep as you feel ready for, without pressure or force.
This retreat is for you if…
What you may leave with
This is your invitation to slow down, soften, and return.
To your body.
To your truth.
To your spirit.

Who are we?
Alexa is trained in Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release and Transformational Breathing, and her path has been shaped by years of study and experience, beginning in India in 2010. She combines breathwork with somatic work, shamanism, psychology, yoga, energy work, and sound. Her signature approach, Liberation Breathwork, offers trauma-informed, conscious connected breathing that is embodied, gentle, and deeply transformative. It honors personal rhythm, choice, and integration through sound healing, voice, and sacred instruments.
Carmen is trained in deep trauma work and plant work, after years of doing profound healing work with the plants and with the Shipibo tribe in Peru. Alongside her work with the plants, she is also trained in supporting children and families and completed a midwifery course in the South of Spain, guiding mothers on the path into motherhood. Creating a loving and safe space for healing is what she stands for.
