Personal Transformation Retreat

Set in a peaceful oceanfront setting, this retreat offers a restorative blend of comfort, nourishment, and transformational practices. Guests stay in a private room with a bathroom and ocean view, while enjoying three daily healthy vegetarian buffet-style meals, along with fresh organic juicing options throughout the retreat.

The program is designed to support both deep relaxation and inner exploration, with a thoughtful mix of bodywork, movement, and mindfulness experiences. Included are 1 Watsu session, 3 individual spa sessions, and 2 group holistic breathwork sessions. Mornings begin with a group conscious movement class, which may include yoga, pilates, or somatic practices, followed by exploration of yoga, conscious breath, and other specialty modalities. In the evenings, participants gather for meditation and inquiry.

Beyond the daily sessions, the retreat also features meaningful cultural and nature-based experiences, including an authentic Mexican Sweat Lodge/Temazcal Ceremony led by a local shaman, a hike to Pueblo Waterfall, a boat trip to a pristine secluded beach, snorkeling, and a Fire and Cacao Ceremony with drumming and dancing.
