Osho Meditation: 03 Nights 04 days

Many meditation practices ask us to sit still in silence, yet accumulated stress in the body and mind can make that feel challenging. Before we can open to our deeper awareness, we first need to release tension.

Osho Active Meditations were developed over time by Osho to help participants consciously express and experience repressed emotions, while also learning to observe habitual patterns in a fresh way.

Program Itinerary

• 6:00–7:00 am Silence sitting and nature time, with herbal tea break
• 8:00–9:00 am Second session and breakfast break
• 10:30 am–12:00 pm Silent walk and sitting meditation
• 1:00 pm Lunch break and rest
• 3:30 pm Meditation session and tea break
• 5:00 pm Meditation
• 6:40 pm Evening meditation
• 8:00 pm Dinner
