At Mandala Festival 2026, two intensive Osho meditations will be offered for those seeking clear, directly felt inner work. The sessions take place on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at the riverside retreat space Aukštupys. Osho Dynamic Meditation lasts 1 hour and is scheduled to begin at around 9:00 a.m., with the exact start time to be confirmed. Beyond-Mind Meditation also lasts 1 hour, and its start time will be announced later.
In today’s fast-moving world, many people look for a meditation practice that is simple, effective, and immediately tangible. When the mind is under pressure, the need for clearer inner experience, relief, unity, and freedom naturally arises. This becomes possible with even a small amount of preparation and mindfulness.
The best way to begin a spiritual journey is through the body and physical reality, since this is the foundation and the most visible starting point. First the body is prepared, cleansed, and transformed, then the mind, and finally the soul. In this way, the physical body, its cells and genomes, as well as emotional, mental, soul, and spiritual levels can be purified and harmonized more easily and effectively.
Osho Dynamic Meditation is presented as a morning practice of cleansing, transformation, and renewal for the body, emotions, mind, energy, and soul. It unfolds through several preparatory phases and ends in a meditative state, creating a powerful full-body experience.
This meditation is especially suitable for the hurried, tense modern Western person, because results may be felt right away. Guided by Prembuda, the practice is based on kundalini energy and conscious awareness, helping participants more easily sense the effect of meditation and their own inner growth. Mindfulness supports seeing, understanding, and recognizing one’s nature and potential.
The practice consists of five phases: the first three last 10 minutes each, while the fourth and fifth last 15 minutes each. The first phase is spontaneous, fast, and deep breathing; the second is catharsis and cleansing; the third is jumping while making the sound “hu”; the fourth is stillness and meditation; and the fifth is dance. It is recommended to meditate in the morning on an empty stomach, wearing light, hygienic, and comfortable clothing, with the eyes closed. An eye covering may be helpful, since the gaze tends to draw attention outward.
This innovative meditation is designed first and foremost to calm and clear the mind. At the same time, through relaxation, unconscious speaking, and expressive speech, the body and emotions are also released and cleansed, after which the practice turns inward. It is especially beneficial after Dynamic Meditation, when the body and emotions are already open and очищены, allowing the experience to become even deeper.
In the first part, you consciously speak about everything that creates tension, heaviness, or obstruction, from calmness to near madness. It resembles the edge of a cyclone, where thoughts, ideas, and attachments are consciously and unconsciously let go. In this cleansing, space opens for silence and peace, and the no-mind direction becomes much easier to feel.
In the second part, the cyclone settles and the person turns inward, toward the center and consciousness. Inner alertness awakens like a seed or a young plant. Outer movement ends, and the journey continues beyond the mind. Everything is observed from within, from a distance, like a film, a dream, or a view from a hill. As the process deepens, even the sense of “I” dissolves into unity, silence, and freedom.
Guided by Prembuda, this meditation also draws on kundalini energy and conscious awareness, helping participants observe thoughts and inner energies and discover their nature and potential.
Beyond-Mind Meditation has three phases: the first and second last 20 minutes each, and the third lasts 5 minutes. The first phase is speaking and clearing the mind, the second is silence and moving inward, and the third is death and rebirth with closed eyes. An eye band may also be useful.
The sessions will be led by meditation master Prembuda, a scientist, Doctor of Technical Sciences, and dedicated worker, as well as the founder of Ojas Meditation Center, part of Osho International Meditation Resort.
