One Week Yoga and Wellness Retreat

Settle into a peaceful rhythm for a week of yoga, culture, and restoration in the tranquil surroundings of Shanti Toya.

Each day includes two yoga sessions, relaxed afternoons to enjoy the property, and free time to take part in cultural classes or explore more of Bali, the Island of the Gods. Located just 30 minutes from Ubud and 45 minutes from the coast, Shanti Toya also gives you the opportunity to unwind on Bali’s beautiful beaches.

Throughout the retreat, you will enjoy daily vegan breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with unlimited herbal tea and one coconut. Every meal is freshly prepared by the chef using local ingredients.

If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know before arrival. Vegetarian, raw, gluten-free, and dairy-free options can be arranged.

Day 1: Afternoon arrival and settling in

Day 2: 7:00 - 08:30 Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, 13:30 - 15:00 Canang making and Balinese offering class, 16:00 - 17:30 Yin/Restorative Yoga

Day 3: 7:00 - 08:10 Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, 09:10 - 13:30 Balinese experience tour (including lunch), 16:00 - 17:30 Yin/Restorative Yoga

Day 4: 07:00 - 08:30 Kundalini Yoga (please note that this class might be emotionally triggering), 11:00 - 12:00 Cooking class, 16:00 - 17:30 Yin/Restorative Yoga

Day 5: 07:00 - 08:30 Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, 14:00 - 15:00 Balinese dancing class, 16:00 - 17:30 Yin/Restorative Yoga

Day 6: 07:00 - 08:30 Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, 14:00 - 15:00 Jamu making class, 16:00 - 17:30 Yin/Restorative Yoga, 19:00 - 20:30 Sound Healing (on request, at additional fee)

Day 7: 07:00 - 08:30 Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, 11:00 Departure

Included: 6-night accommodation in one of Shanti Toya’s villas and suites, 3 vegan meals daily, 1 coconut water daily, unlimited herbal water, 2 daily yoga classes from Monday to Friday and Saturday morning, cultural classes including offering making, herbal drink making, cooking, and dancing, a 4-hour Balinese experience tour with lunch, a 60-minute Balinese massage, airport pick-up for standard and premium rooms, and 10% governmental tax.
