One-Day Retreat at Alaya

Spend a nourishing day at Alaya Retreat Centre, where wellness, nature, and rest come together in a peaceful setting. Leave the city behind and share this experience with family, friends, or simply with yourself. The day is created to support body, mind, and soul through mindfulness, movement, relaxation, and wholesome food.

The program includes:

• Two yoga sessions: a morning asana practice and an afternoon grounding workshop
• A healthy vegetarian brunch, afternoon snack, and dinner
• A Group Healing & Inner Journey Workshop designed to encourage emotional and energetic renewal
• Free time to enjoy the pool, gardens, jacuzzi, or to book a massage

If you would like to stay overnight, this may be possible depending on room availability.

The retreat is offered in English and Spanish.
