Before the pace of autumn takes over, step into a restorative weekend of shared silence. This retreat offers a rare chance to slow down, turn inward, and meet yourself with greater presence and clarity. In the quiet, you’ll have space to notice the thoughts and emotions that surface, and to gently allow them to move through without distraction.
Held on the threshold of the holiday season, this silent retreat creates a calm container for reflection and inner renewal. The communal silence supports a deeper sense of stillness, making room for mindfulness, self-inquiry, and subtle transformation. Rather than filling the weekend with activity, the invitation is to rest in simplicity and discover what emerges when there is nowhere to go and nothing to do.
