Build your self-care toolkit through immersive training and restorative retreat weekends and days designed to support both personal practice and professional growth.
This training offers a holistic approach to wellbeing, bringing together a range of wellness modalities to support a more personalised self-care practice. The focus is on helping each person choose what they need, when they need it, rather than following a single formula. In a world shaped by digital burnout and pressure to stay productive, this course encourages rest, reconnection, and a return to natural rhythms and cycles.
Take time out in peaceful barn spaces designed for comfort, light, and calm. The training takes place in the North Norfolk countryside by the sea, with the option to join online.
