Mt. Whitney via the John Muir Trail

Standing at 14,508 feet, this iconic peak is the highest point in the contiguous United States, and this six-day backpacking journey offers a memorable way to reach it. Rather than taking the fastest route, participants follow a slower, more immersive path that allows for a deeper connection with the landscape, the rhythm of the trail, and the dramatic beauty of the Sierra.

The route crosses onto the Pacific Crest Trail and leads into the heart of the High Sierra, where sweeping views, rugged terrain, and a true sense of wilderness create an unforgettable backcountry experience. This adventure is designed for those who want to fully experience the grandeur of the mountains, with time to absorb the changing scenery along the way.
