At Bronlara, we guide guests through the Advanced version of the 369 Cleanse, one of three variations he created. We believe that if you are making the commitment to come here, it is worthwhile to experience the most challenging version with support, so you can understand it fully and, if you choose, repeat it at home later.
The structure is simple and repetitive, which is part of its strength. Juices and smoothies remain almost the same each day, with only small changes such as a gradual increase in celery juice. Dinner offers a little more variety, while the overall rhythm often feels grounding and surprisingly comforting.

By day 9, which is essentially a fast, many guests feel lighter in the body and clearer in the mind. Fresh organic produce is used wherever possible, and some ingredients are grown on site as part of our ongoing effort to make more of what you eat local, fresh, and alive.
You do not need supplements for this cleanse to be effective, and none are included in our programmes. If you already take Medical Medium supplements, you may continue them during your stay. For other supplements, please check with us in advance or bring them along so we can assess together whether they are suitable. If you are taking prescription medication, we do not advise on medication or dosages, and we ask that you consult your doctor before making any changes.
The daily rhythm is structured but unhurried, with space for both rest and nourishment. Amounts are flexible, so you may have more or less according to your needs, but nothing should be skipped. This ensures that no one goes hungry.

Yoga: Small classes are adapted to your level, whether you prefer a gentle flow or a more dynamic session. Yoga can help support circulation, ease tension, and deepen awareness of your body’s needs.
Meditation: Daily guided meditation offers space for calm, clarity, and balance. No experience is required, and many guests find it especially supportive during detoxification.
Other Activities: You may also enjoy the mineral pool, gym, or the neighbouring nature trail. Because the cleanse remains fully raw and still provides energy, tennis, pickleball, and basketball are also possible, though we always encourage you to listen to your body first.
Zumba: For those who enjoy music and movement, Zumba is optional and can be taken at your own pace — just enough to lift your spirits.
Your Pace: Every cleanse is personal. Some days may call for participation, while others call for rest. At Bronlara, we encourage you to follow your own rhythm in support of your healing journey.
Common Questions
Will I feel hungry? No. Portions are large and flexible, and you may have as much as you like, as long as nothing is skipped.
Can I Bring My Supplements? Yes. Medical Medium supplements may continue during your stay. For other supplements, please check with us beforehand or bring them along so we can assess them together.
What If I'm On Medication? We will work around prescription medication, but please consult your doctor before making any changes.
What About Side Effects - Will I Feel Unwell? Some people experience headaches, flu-like symptoms, chills, or a mild rash in the first few days as the body adjusts. These signs usually pass by day four, and many guests then notice greater clarity and energy.
How Should I Prepare Before Coming? If possible, reduce or eliminate alcohol, caffeine, gluten, and dairy in the week before your stay to make the first days smoother.
Can I Repeat This At Home? Yes. Once you have experienced it here, the flow often feels much easier to understand. Many guests leave feeling confident to try it again at home, though Bronlara offers the benefit of structure, preparation, and support without the demands of daily life.
