Set aside a weekend for restoration in a magical mountain setting, where stillness, fresh air, and wide alpine views create the perfect backdrop for renewal. This intimate mini retreat offers a meaningful break from everyday routines and invites you to return to a calmer, more centered state.
Designed as an immersive experience in the heart of the Alps, the program brings together yoga, meditation, mantra chanting, philosophy, and time in nature. Classes are suitable for all levels, and the pace is balanced with moments of quiet reflection, forest walks, and nourishing meals made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
A special highlight of the retreat is a therapeutic workshop combining fascia therapy, deep breathing, and a cold bath in an alpine river. This powerful session is intended to help release tension in both body and mind, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.
