In-person only at IMC
Offered by: Gil Fronsdal
This daylong retreat offers a quiet, supportive setting for those who already have a basic understanding of mindfulness practice. Rather than introducing new instruction, the day is designed to deepen continuity of awareness through steady practice and simple structure. The rhythm of the retreat includes alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation, allowing participants to settle in, observe more clearly, and cultivate a more sustained inner presence.
As the day unfolds, Gil Fronsdal will offer a Dharma talk at the close of the program, along with brief practice interviews for those who would like to discuss their experience. The atmosphere is intentionally spacious and contemplative, making it a meaningful opportunity to strengthen insight meditation in a retreat environment. Previous experience is recommended, and participants should bring lunch.
The program is offered freely, with no registration needed. Donations to support the teacher or the center are welcome.
