No matter our age or life stage, we are always in the midst of something: menarche or mothering, a new job or retirement, middle age or menopause, a new home or the loss of a spouse.
Instead of simply reacting to what life brings, we can pause, reflect, and respond with greater awareness, moving in step with the conditions of our lives.
Over three nourishing days at Breitenbush, this retreat offers a blend of silent and guided meditation practices, including three essential mindfulness skills, reflective journaling, and gentle, restorative yoga. Together, we will explore the rhythmic cycles of nature—daily, monthly, seasonally, and across a lifetime. With a special focus on what it means to flourish along the continuum of being a woman in this world, we will create space for inner and outer inspiration through personal reflection and community building as a path toward healing and growth.
Through these explorations, along with time spent on the land and in the waters of Breitenbush, you will leave feeling nourished, centered, and more able to navigate life’s transitions with wonder and ease.
