A deeply personal meditation experience, designed for those who want to explore the practice in a more supported and intimate way.

For many people, meditation can feel challenging at first. Breathing correctly, sitting still for longer periods, and quieting a busy mind are not always easy, especially in a group setting when everyone else seems calm and centered. This package is ideal if you want to bring meditation into your life and learn 1:1 with your own teacher. Our yoga teachers are also highly experienced in meditation, so you can be guided by a dedicated teacher and choose either pure meditation or a combination of meditation and yoga in a 50/50 format. The approach is always tailored to the needs of your body, mind, and spirit, in a safe and personal environment.

• 3 x 1:1 meditation sessions
• Choice of session location: the sanctuary’s tropical garden yoga shala, your air-conditioned room, the beach at sunset, or Desa Seni in its eco-community setting
• Unlimited massage and spa treatments, with options including Balinese massage, Thai massage, hot stone massage, cream bath, herbal ball massage, reflexology, body scrub, facial, manicure & pedicure, and aromatherapy
