Today, we all live in a fast-paced world. Thoughts do not stop, the body gets tired and there are fewer and fewer spaces for silence.
This camp is an invitation to come back to ourselves.
Here we will slow down, calm our minds, and learn some simple but profound practices that help us to relax, rebalance our energy and feel ourselves more clearly.
Nature, silence and gentle guidance will create conditions for relaxation, deeper breathing, better sleep and a sense of inner space.
What you will experience
- A real break from routine
You will get away from phones, social networks and the constant pace. When the outside calms down, the inside calms down too.
- Useful practices
You will learn meditation and breathing practices that you can easily apply on a daily basis - to reduce stress, improve sleep, calm the nervous system and restore inner clarity.
- Deep peace in nature
The silence of the forest, the space of the river and the sauna on Saturday evening will allow your body to relax and recover.
- Gentle guidance without pressure
There are no requirements to achieve anything. Just space to be and observe what arises naturally.
The rhythm of the day
Easy, natural, without rushing:
morning body and breathing practices,
meditations and lectures,
time for yourself in nature,
sauna and hot tub,
evening silent meditation.
