Peaceful steps into the New Year

As the year draws to a close and the festive season gets noisier, these meetings help us to come back to ourselves, to calm down and to feel the most important thing - the connection with ourselves, with others and with the flow of life itself.

This is not a silent camp, but we will start each morning in silence, allowing the body and mind to wake naturally.

We will be in silence until the end of lunch, and then we will take time for fellowship, conversation and heart connection.

THE CAMP OFFERS

🌿 Meditations, breathing practices (kriya and rebefing), mindfulness techniques and lectures led by Amandu. Silent meditations and mantras to help open the heart, quiet the mind and settle in the present moment.

🌿 Morning Himalayan Yoga - for awakening the body and balancing energy.

🌿 Kirtan and Cacao

goals and Values Workshop to help you feel a clearer direction before the New Year.

coaching practices to help release old energy, cleanse and create new intention.

This camp is not about becoming someone else or striving for something more.

It's about being reminded that peace, wisdom and love are already within us.

It is a time to end the year consciously: releasing what is difficult and welcoming the new year with more clarity and a more open heart.

PRICE

• the total amount for accommodation and meals is 145 Euro. The amount is net of profit - it is the cost price (accommodation + meals).

• + Sacrifice for the teacher to run the camp.

• 💛 If you are not able to cover the full amount at the moment, this is not a barrier to participation. You will cover as much as you can. Please write to me personally.

REGISTER

• Registration is only confirmed once you have paid the registration fee, contacted the contacts below and received confirmation.

• A registration fee of €75 is required for booking (included in the total amount).

• The remaining amount (75 EUR) is payable by bank transfer before the start of the camp, or you can pay the full amount (145 EUR) at once, if that is more convenient.

• The registration fee is non-refundable. By registering for the camp you confirm that you have read and accept the rules of the camp.
