
Spend your Monday evening in a calm, welcoming space designed to support deeper practice and reflection. From 7:15–8:30pm Pacific, each gathering with Diana Clark offers a 30-minute silent meditation, followed by a 30-minute Dharma talk focused on practical wisdom for everyday life, and 15 minutes reserved for questions and shared reflections. It is an open invitation for anyone seeking a steadier, more mindful way of moving through the week.
The session is available both in person and as a live broadcast on YouTube, making it easy to join from wherever you are. If you feel moved to offer support, donations are welcomed for Diana or for the center. Whether you come for quiet stillness, thoughtful teaching, or community connection, you can expect an atmosphere that is supportive, accessible, and grounded.
