Meditation and silent practice allow you to explore your inner world, find answers to your questions and feel a deep inner balance. These practices help you to control your mind, make conscious decisions and become the creator of your life, discovering more energy, strength and fullness in your daily life. By being in silence we develop qualities that enrich relationships and life - compassion, patience, acceptance of self and others.

The detachment of silence helps us to observe our thoughts, emotions and desires, while remaining calm and internally resistant to the anxious thoughts that often cause stress. It is a gift to oneself to improve inner harmony, the quality of relationships and daily life.

This camp is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners - you will receive clear instructions and an introduction to all the practices. In a beautiful natural setting, you will be able to breathe, recharge, create inner balance and receive tools to apply in your daily life. 💜


Camp programme and activities

💠 Hatha and Vinyasa yoga - gentle but effective practices for the body, flexibility, endurance and inner balance. Calms the mind and prepares you for a day full of energy.
💠 Pranayama and breathing techniques - breathing skills, energy replenishment, stress reduction. We will practice Kapalabhati, Anuloma Viloma and Wim Hof techniques.
💠 Meditation practices - formal and informal meditations: walking, eating, sauna. We will learn to observe our thoughts and consciously choose our reactions.
💠 Osho kundalini meditation and emotional release practices - through movement and body connection you will relax, develop awareness, compassion, intuitive inner teacher.
💠 Self-development lectures and practices - methods of self-esteem, self-realisation, attention management, letting go of fears, discovering the source of happiness, based on mindfulness and psychology practices.
💠 Yin Yoga - a slow, deeply relaxing practice that reduces stress, relaxes deep tissues and harmonises the nervous system.
💠 Pelvic Bowl Sound Meditation - deep relaxation, harmonising the nervous system and clearing emotions.
💠 Healthy vegetarian food and tea - balanced nutrition to support body and mind.
💠 Sa una and hot tub time - focus and relaxation.
💠 Practical self-care sessions - tools to manage stress, tension and anxiety, create inner balance.

11:30 - Self-help workshop: changing beliefs, creating your life

14:00 - Self-esteem and self-realization workshop
16:00 - Mindfulness and meditation practice
17:30 - Dinner
18:30 - Yin Yoga
20:00 - Sauna and hot tub in silence
22:00 - Relaxation time

Important information

No phones, computers or other smart devices will be allowed during the camp. We will observe silence - we will not talk to each other and we will respect each other's silence. Questions are written and answers are given before the lectures and practices.


🌿 This camp is an opportunity to pause, to hear yourself, to calm your mind, to restore your inner balance and to gain tools to accompany you in your daily life. It is an invitation to return to yourself, to find peace and your true centre.
