Medical Medium stay

In a world where avoiding toxic exposure can feel almost impossible, this program offers a thoughtful way to support the body and reduce the impact of everyday stressors. Inspired by the widely followed teachings of Anthony William, known for his focus on health and healing foods, the stay is designed for guests who want a kitchen that can adapt to this approach. We welcome that challenge, and we enjoy expanding our experience and knowledge through it.

Beyond the kitchen, we also make every effort to keep the environment as non-toxic as possible. Our mattresses, bed linen, homemade soaps, homemade cleaning products, and homemade washing products are all natural and organic.

MM stay

Each day follows a carefully prepared schedule, and every ingredient used in the kitchen is organic, with no exceptions.

Morning

• Fresh lemon water: 500 ml of warm water with the freshly squeezed juice of ½ to 1 organic lemon, depending on size.
• Freshly pressed celery juice: after a break of at least 15–30 minutes, you will be served approximately 500 ml of celery juice, made from 100% celery and pressed with a slow juicer.
• Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie or Liver Rescue Smoothie, approximately 500 ml.

For the smoothie, you may choose between two options:

• Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie
  • 2 tbsp wild blueberry powder
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 tsp barley grass juice powder
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tbsp Atlantic dulse
  • ½ cup water
• Liver Rescue Smoothie
  • 2 tbsp red pitaya powder
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp wild blueberry powder

As with everything else, we use only pure ingredients, with no additives or blended products.

Lunch

The lunchbox and snack are prepared in the morning and stored in the refrigerator, giving you complete flexibility to enjoy them whenever and wherever you like.

• Lunchbox. A fat-free and protein-free lunchbox rich in fresh plant-based ingredients. It typically includes:
  • Plenty of leafy greens such as salad leaves, spinach, and Swiss chard
  • Seasonal fresh vegetables
  • Fruits
  • Salt-free steamed potatoes
• Snack. Prepared according to the official Medical Medium snack recipes.

Dinner

A three-course vegan dinner is served in full alignment with Medical Medium guidelines. No No Foods are used.

We do not use:
• Gluten-containing grains (wheat, rye, barley, spelt, kamut)
• Soy products (tofu, soy milk, soy sauce, soy beans, soy flakes)
• Corn (kernels, cornmeal, maize products)
• Sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, preservatives
• Fermented food (tamari, pickles)
• Yeast
• Psyllium husk
• Lupine
• Chocolate, cocoa powder
• Colza oil
• Sunflower oil
• Buckwheat

Prices for a 3-night stay, full board:

The minimum stay is 3 days. Arrival is from 16:00, and evening dinner is included. Departure is before 11:00, with morning juices included. Below are the prices for double rooms (2-person program) and single rooms; the second column indicates the price per day for each extra day.
