What is Marma?
Marma is an ancient Ayurvedic healing practice rooted in India’s traditional system of medicine. Marma points are vital energy centers in the body and play an important role in maintaining balance and supporting overall well-being. Because these points are highly sensitive, they must be handled with care, especially during surgery or any medical intervention.
According to the classical Ayurvedic text Sushruta Samhita, the body contains 107 Marma points, located in areas such as the joints, muscles, veins, ligaments, and bones. In this course, you will study the most important and beneficial points so you can apply the methods safely, confidently, and effectively in your own practice.
