This retreat is a special chance for moms and sons to step away from the rush of daily life and enjoy meaningful time together. With only 18 years before children become adults, this is an opportunity to slow down, connect, and create lasting memories while having fun in the process.
Designed as a relaxing and energizing escape, this retreat gives you and your son space to reconnect with each other and with yourself. Across the weekend, you’ll take part in a wide variety of shared sessions and workshops, including rock climbing, archery, outdoor survival skills, fitness classes, art workshops, sign making, cooking workshops, and more. Every activity is planned to be engaging, adventurous, and memorable.
There’s truly something for everyone, and choosing what to do may be the hardest part. Whether you’re drawn to creativity, adventure, learning, friendship, or relaxation, the retreat offers a full range of experiences to enjoy together.
You might begin the day with a guided painting workshop, baking session, or a hands-on craft project such as making a rustic wooden sign, paracord bracelets, or DIY creations. If adventure is more your style, you can challenge yourselves on a high-ropes course, scale and rappel a 30-foot rock climbing wall, test your aim at archery, or explore outdoor survival skills.
Evenings bring plenty of entertainment as well, from Friday night performers and games to an exciting Saturday night party. Campfires and s’mores are part of the experience, making the nights just as memorable as the days.
This retreat is designed to be accessible and affordable for families. While similar retreats may cost between $800 and $1200, this experience offers excellent value at a lower price.
