Mama and Daughter (8+) Retreats
In the middle of busy, fast-paced lives, meaningful one-on-one time with your daughter can be hard to find. These years matter most, and they pass quickly. This is your chance to slow down, connect, and create memories you’ll both treasure.
Rustic Mama Retreats offers a warm, welcoming escape where you can relax, refresh, and reconnect with your daughter and with yourself. Together, you’ll enjoy a wide range of sessions and workshops, including mom-and-me yoga, sign making, jewellery making, paddle-boarding, archery, tree-top trekking, dance parties, and guest-led workshops on a variety of inspiring topics. Every experience is designed to be fun, engaging, and supportive of deeper connection.
There truly is something for everyone at this Mama and Me Retreat. The hardest part may be choosing what to do first. Adventure, creativity, learning, friendship, and relaxation all come together in one unforgettable escape.
If you’re feeling creative, spend the morning making something special. Join a guided painting workshop, or try rustic wooden sign making, hand-stamped jewellery, or an authentic dream-catcher.
If adventure is more your style, breathe, move, and challenge yourselves together in a yoga session, then cheer each other on through a state-of-the-art high-ropes course or a 30-foot rock climbing wall with scaling and rappelling. Test your aim in the archery field or take on the longest over-water zip line in Canada. In winter, the retreat also includes snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snow tubing, and even an ice rink.
The evenings are just as memorable. From Friday night entertainment and games to an energetic Saturday night dance party, the fun continues long after the sun goes down.
Rustic Mama Retreats is committed to keeping this experience affordable and accessible for families. While similar retreats may cost between $1000 and $1500, this getaway has been priced to offer excellent value.
Mama and Daughter (8-18) Retreat registration cost is $708 + HST (mom $398 and 1 daughter $310)
