An immersive 15-day journey through the Nepal Himalaya, this spiritual trek combines mountain exploration, cultural heritage, meditation, and wellness learning. The route is designed to offer both scenic adventure and a deeper connection with the sacred landscapes of Nepal.
The Nepal Himalaya is presented here as far more than a mountain range: a powerful natural center for cosmic energy, spiritual wisdom, and ancient traditions. Along the way, travelers encounter places associated with sacred energy, legendary figures, and timeless Vedic heritage, creating a journey that blends trekking with reflection and discovery.
Day 01: (BHAKTAPUR) International airport pickup and transfer to Bhaktapur, the city of Tantra. Visit world heritage sites and experience Newari tradition. Bhaktapur is described as the homeland of Bhrikuti (Green Tara) and Arniko, who shared architectural knowledge with China, including pagoda-style multi-roofed buildings and monuments. He is also noted as one of the chief architect engineers for the Great Wall construction.
Day 02: (POKHARA) Drive to Pokhara through the scenic Trishuli River valley, said to originate from the Trident of Lord Shiva. En route, pay homage to Damauli, the birthplace of Veda Vyasa, where the four Vedas and 18 Puranas were compiled. Near Pokhara, see the bowl-shaped hill believed to have been lifted by Hanuman. Overnight in Pokhara.
Day 03: (POKHARA) Morning and evening classes on engineering life, personal energy scanning, and life coaching. Tushita-Nepal, the School of Life, is described as an ideal meditation center overlooking Annapurna Himalaya. Sound therapy with the world’s biggest singing bowl and Vedic wisdom are part of the experience.
Day 04: (POKHARA) After the morning course, hike around the World Peace Stupa. In the evening, attend a mindfulness and stress management course. Ayurvedic food, herbal plants, and beautiful gardens are highlights, and an Ayurvedic cooking class is available for those interested.
Day 05: (TREKKING) Collect the ACAP trekking permit and drive to Kande. Begin the trek via Australian Camp and stay overnight in Deurali.
Day 06: (TREKKING) After breakfast, climb to Mardi Lower Camp. Acclimatization is important, so the group stays here. Enjoy pastureland, rhododendron forest, and views of Annapurna South and Annapurna I (8,091 m). Machhapuchhre, the fishtail mountain at 6,993 m, is described as a major cosmic portal and the 111th chakra of human beings.
Day 07: (TREKKING) Trek to High Camp. To the west cliff lies Kalpa Briksha, the immortal tree, a sacred place where Bhagawan Krishna is said to have received a flute from Lord Shiva. It is also described as the place where Mahadev and Parvati were married.
Day 08: (TREKKING) Because snowfall is common, stay slightly lower at Mardi Lower Camp. Enjoy the sunrise, pastureland, rhododendron forest, and striking mountain views.
Day 09: (POKHARA) After breakfast, trek down to Bhedabari and drive back to Pokhara by jeep. The route includes a short off-road drive through agricultural terraces and river alleys.
Day 10: (POKHARA) Continue the meditation retreat with Vedic wisdom learning focused on understanding challenges and finding solutions. After breakfast, enjoy Pokhara sightseeing, including caves, waterfalls, George, old Pokhara, and lake boating. Optional motor gliding over the Annapurna Himalaya Range offers a memorable experience.
