With greater awareness of relationship dynamics, triggers, and mirrors—reflections of our own judgments—you can begin to create a more divine partnership. Through playful exercises designed to reveal more about each other, your patterns, and your emotions, you may uncover greater intimacy and depth. Relationship Counseling

Work with the red rock vortex of Sedona to go deeper into your relationship and into yourself. Explore partnership through engaging exercises and further inner discovery. If there is any imbalance in your feminine or masculine qualities—nurturing, creating, receiving versus doing, fixing, and giving—we will work to bring them into balance. You’ll expand relationship consciousness and strengthen self-awareness.

Sacred Sexuality

Gain insight into your own sexual anatomy and renew appreciation for your unique body. You’ll be introduced to foundational concepts of tantric sex and practices that support greater sexual awareness and potency.

Breathwork/Sound Healing

Release emotional trauma and access non-ordinary states of consciousness through the experiential therapies of breathwork (cathartic, intensive breathing) and a sound healing journey. Possible experiences may include insights into true nature, relief from physical pain, non-physical communication, energy clearing, expanded awareness, personal growth, spiritual awakening, and more.
