Forest Rock Terms & Conditions & Waiver of Liability & Release Agreement

In consideration of my participation in a Forest Rock Qigong and associated events, activities and services, I agree to release and discharge Forest Rock Qigong, including its agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, sponsors, and all others acting on its behalf, as well as its successors and assigns, on behalf of myself and my family, heirs, and estate.

Enrolment Deposit and Payments for Enrolments

If you choose to pay a deposit only, you agree to pay all tuition and fees on time. Training rates are listed in USD per person.

Payments are accepted by credit card, international bank transfer in USD, or via wise.com.

Please note that overseas bank transfers and credit card payments may incur additional international transaction fees, which are not included in the training price. All banking fees are your responsibility.

To qualify for an Early Bird discount, full payment must be received by the stated deadline. After that date, the Early Bird rate is no longer available.

To process your application, you must submit a non-refundable deposit or pay the full amount. The deposit must be made by credit card through the website or via wise.com. In all cases, the deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total course tuition.

All training fees must be paid in full 60 days before the course begins. If you book less than 60 days before the start date, full payment is required upon application.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your 4-Day Course purchase includes two separate elements: the course fee (Regular or Early Bird) and accommodation cost, if applicable.

4 Day Course Cancellation Policy | Course Fee

1. Course Fee: No Cash Refunds

If you cancel your attendance, the course fee is not refundable in cash.

2. Course Fee: Transfer Options

• Transfer your course fee to another person for the same course, or
• Transfer your course fee to a future Forest Rock Qigong course.

3. Course Fee: Transferring to Another Person

If you transfer your course fee to another person for the same course, the full value remains valid, and the new attendee may join at no additional cost.

4. Course Fee: Transferring to a Future Course

• 60 days or more before the course: 100% of the course fee can be transferred.
• 30–60 days before the course: 80% of the course fee can be transferred.
• 14–30 days before the course: 50% of the course fee can be transferred.
• Less than 14 days before the course: no refunds or transfers are available.

5. Course Fee: Validity of Transfer

If the new course costs more, the difference must be paid. If it costs less, no refund or transfer of the remaining amount is available. If you originally paid the Regular Price, you are not eligible for the Early Bird Rate on the new course. Course fee transfers are valid for 12 months from the original course date.

6. Course Fee: No-Shows

If you do not attend without notice, your course fee cannot be refunded or transferred.

7. Course Fee: Processing Fee

A 5% processing fee applies to all transfers to a future course.

However, you may transfer your registration to another person at no fee at any time.

8. Course Fee: Transfer Limit

If you have already cancelled your original attendance and transferred to another course, you cannot make another cancellation and transfer. This may only be done once per purchase.

4 Day Course Cancellation Policy | Accommodation Cost

1. Accommodation Cost: Refundable in Cash

If you cancel your attendance and have booked accommodation with us, the accommodation cost can be refunded in cash.

2. Accommodation Cost: Options to Transfer or Refund

• Transfer your accommodation cost, together with your course fee, to another person for the same course, or
• Receive a cash refund for your accommodation cost.

3. Accommodation Cost: Transferring to Another Person

If you transfer both your accommodation cost and course fee to another person for the same course, the full value remains valid, and the new attendee may join without any additional payment.

4. Accommodation Cost: Refund Rates

• 60 days or more before the course: 100% of the accommodation cost can be refunded.
• 30–60 days before the course: 80% of the accommodation cost can be refunded.
• 14–30 days before the course: 50% of the accommodation cost can be refunded.

However, you may transfer your accommodation cost, together with your course fee, to another person for the same course at no extra charge.

Travel and Cancellation Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory to attend a Forest Rock Qigong training. In most cases, insurance must be purchased within 7 days of making your reservation. Please ensure your policy covers all relevant sport activities during your Bali training, as well as trip cancellation. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance may cover some or all cancellation fees.

Unplanned Changes or Cancellations of the Scheduled Course

It is highly unlikely that the course venue will need to change or that the scheduled course will be cancelled. However, we reserve the right to make changes in the event of natural calamities and similar circumstances. If the training program is cancelled by Forest Rock Qigong, 100% of the fee paid will be refunded, minus the non-refundable registration/deposit fee, or an alternate placement may be offered. Forest Rock Qigong is not responsible for other cancellations, such as flights, or any additional expenses incurred by the applicant.

Please note that at this stage, no cash refunds are offered. Payments may be transferred to a future live or online training within a two-year period.
