The Living Spiral of Inner Alchemy offers a guided year of mentorship for those who have already done profound inner work and are ready to bring that wisdom into the way they live, choose, and relate. Rooted in Daoist Five Phase teachings, this journey supports a deeper alignment with the rhythms of nature and the living earth through embodied practice, seasonal ritual, and practical integration.

This is an invitation for heart-led practitioners, leaders, and wayshowers who feel called to move beyond insight and into lived transformation. Rather than another course, it is a spacious, year-long container for those ready to re-member themselves into the living web and let elemental wisdom become the ground beneath their feet.

Water | Winter — November 24th – January 13th
A season of descent, listening, and deep trust.

Wood | Spring — February 3rd – March 31st
A season of emergence, vision, and rooted direction.

Fire | Summer — May 12th – June 30th
A season of expression, heart presence, and sovereign intimacy.

Earth | Late Summer — July 7th – August 28th
A season of harvest, center, and genuine nourishment.

Metal | Autumn — September 15th – November 3rd
A season of release, refinement, and conscious letting go.

Each phase includes wisdom teachings, rituals, Qi Gong, Yin Yoga, somatic movement, sound journeys, self-inquiry prompts, journaling, and nature-based practices specific to the element and season.

Your guide: Sonja Alina den Elzen, R.Ac

Sonja’s path with the Daoist Five Transformations began through shiatsu training sixteen years ago and evolved through years of lived practice. She is a licensed acupuncturist, Daoist martial arts practitioner, yoga teacher of fourteen years, ceremonial and sound artist, and somatic guide. Her work is shaped by the teachings of Mother Earth, the Dao, and her own journey into elemental relationship.
