The Living Alive programs create a rare space of time, guidance, and reflection to support you in rediscovering who you truly are. Over 25 days, you are invited to explore new ways of living consciously and to establish different patterns that can support lasting change. Participants come from many walks of life, with a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, lifestyles, and locations, and many leave with a deep sense of transformation. We also honour the land and sea that sustain this gathering.
Set on 7 acres of forested oceanfront land on Gabriola Island, the centre sits on the ancestral, traditional, and unceded territory of the Snuneymuxw First Nation, a Coast Salish community. This peaceful yet vibrant setting offers a natural environment for exploring both your inner life and your relationships with others. It is a place to step back, reconnect, and discover more of your potential.
In a highly experiential, choice-based environment, you will engage with The Haven’s models and concepts through opportunities to deepen your understanding, practice new skills, and expand your range of being. You are encouraged to question assumptions, examine beliefs, and explore patterns with respect and openness. Join a community of seekers for an immersive journey of self-discovery and transformation.
