Across each week, mornings begin with a varied yoga practice combining Hatha, Vinyasa flow, and Yin Yoga. Afternoons include three quieter sessions featuring Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, and a Mandala experience. Each day also offers guided meditation in the late afternoon, followed by deeply restful late-evening Yoga Nidra meditations.
You are warmly invited to join every offering or simply choose the sessions that suit you best. There will also be plenty of time to relax by the pool, enjoy the surrounding area, or explore further afield at your own pace.
The intention is to offer space, support, and guidance as you return to inner balance. A yoga retreat is a chance to care for yourself, restore your energy, and enjoy a special holiday experience at the same time. It is also an opportunity to connect with like-minded yogis and share in the friendliness and care of the sangha community.
With only 12 places available, the retreat allows for a high level of personal attention.
It can be booked for one week or two weeks.
About us; Annabelle and Verity met during their three-year BWY training in 2013, and since then their yoga paths have continued side by side, shaped by shared interests and complementary passions. This will be the third year in a row that they have hosted retreats together at YogApulia, and they are delighted to share this space once again.

Accommodation and Facilities
The retreat center is set within 2.5 acres in a valley surrounded by olive and almond groves.
Accommodation includes six twin rooms and one double room, each with a private ensuite bathroom. The rooms have been renovated to a high standard with locally sourced materials, creating a setting that feels luxurious, simple, and understated. A spacious outdoor courtyard serves as the main shared dining area, while several terraces provide places to unwind in either sunshine or shade.
At the heart of the property, the swimming pool becomes a lively gathering point, where blue water meets green olive trees and red earth.
Food is central to both yoga practice and daily life. The meals are designed to be varied, unprocessed, and nourishing, supporting energy and wellbeing. All food served is plant based, and produce sourced or grown at YogApulia is local, seasonal, and organic wherever possible.
Refreshments are available throughout the day, including tea, coffee, water, and fruit.
Brindisi international airport is approximately 40 minutes away by car, while Bari is located further north, around 55 minutes away. Hiring a car in Puglia is relatively inexpensive and offers a great way to discover the countryside, historic towns, and beaches. Both Bari and Brindisi airports have a wide choice of car hire companies, including Avis and Hertz, and it is recommended to book in advance. Alternatively, a taxi can be arranged for airport collection.
