Set in the heart of Nepal, this yoga trek combines mountain adventure with a deeply grounding wellness experience. The route leads through lush forests, rich flora and fauna, scenic valleys, rivers, yak pastures, and local cheese factories, all the way to sweeping views of the Himalayas. Along the journey, you will take part in yoga and meditation sessions surrounded by panoramic mountain scenery, making this a memorable way to explore one of Nepal’s most celebrated trekking regions.
As you travel through Langtang National Park, you’ll pass colorful villages, ancient Buddhist monasteries, snow-covered peaks, and dramatic ice-clad landscapes. The region is known for its wild, rural beauty and its sense of seclusion, offering the ideal setting to slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a meaningful escape from everyday life.
Often described as a valley of glaciers, Langtang Valley is a hidden gem with an untamed rural landscape. Located 51 kilometers north of Kathmandu Valley, it is home to Langtang National Park, which borders the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. The combination of high-altitude trekking, yoga, and meditation creates a distinctive experience that blends movement, stillness, and mountain adventure.
