As summer approaches, step away from the demands of daily life and settle into the peaceful atmosphere of our Center. This retreat offers space to turn inward, slow down, and devote time to your own practice.
You may meditate in Milarepa Hall, in the privacy of your room, or at one of the many meditation spots across campus, including the outdoor practice pavilion and the wooded trails. Enjoy a gentle yoga class, arrange an optional massage, or spend quiet afternoons in the library with its extensive selection of dharma and other books. Walk the trails or nearby parks, gather by the firepit in the evening, and look up at the stars.
A teacher will be available to lead group meditations, help shape a practice plan for your stay, offer guidance, and answer questions in one-on-one sessions. Use the time for study and structured practice, or simply follow your own rhythm and allow yourself to just be.
Please email at least one week in advance if you would like to book a massage during your free time.
No prior experience is required for this program; it is suitable for everyone.
