JUICE WELLNESS WEEKEND

The date of the camp is not chosen by chance, as it is the introduction to the Advent period, when the vibrations of the body and soul are aligned and the body is effectively cleansed.

This therapy will help you to meet yourself, to get to know your body and its real needs, to lose unnecessary kilos and to cleanse and healthify your body.

During the weekend, we will drink fruit and vegetable juices squeezed with a slow juicer. We will "eat" the juices to improve the absorption of vitamins, to satisfy our taste buds and to promote intense cleansing.

Hiking in the forest,

hardening procedures,

breathing and special movement practices will allow us to face tension, body aches and pains and relax.

The weekend practices will be enriched and the cleansing process will be deepened by the pleasures of a Lithuanian sauna and gong bathing.

Deeper self-knowledge and healing will take place during the CONSTELLATIONS.

This camp is an effective weekend therapy for purification and St. John's Day. It is a relaxing and effective way to cleanse yourself and look forward to Christmas with a rejuvenated Body and Soul.
