




The thinking behind our juice detox fasts draws on the pioneering approaches of Bernard Jensen, Swami Sivananda, and Dr. Gerson in cleansing and detoxification, as well as the restorative influence of yoga, meditation, fasting, and alternative therapies. Today, we also incorporate the latest research to offer you the best possible support throughout your stay.
Since launching in 1992, our full body, mind, and spirit programme has been among the first of its kind. Over the years, we have built up invaluable experience and insight, helping guests from around the world.
Each part of the programme is designed to encourage physical, mental, and emotional detoxification and purification, making it effective no matter where you are on your wellness journey. It is also ideal for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of natural health practices and a positive, abundant way of living, then bring that awareness back into daily life.
Group life is an important part of the experience. Four times a day, we gather for juices and broth, along with group classes and workshops.

Detoxing And Yoga
Our yoga classes are open to everyone, whether you are completely new or already an experienced practitioner. Our skilled teachers will guide you through a supportive, relaxing practice that complements your detox.
Yoga is a core part of the programme because gentle movement, stretching, twisting, and deep breathing all help support the detox process for body, mind, and spirit. As the lymph and blood circulate more efficiently, toxins are carried through the body at a faster rate, helping the elimination process.
In addition, the relaxation created through yoga activates the restorative parasympathetic nervous system, giving the body space to cleanse and heal itself. The more you detox, the more you may feel the benefits of your yoga practice.
Exercise, Meditation and Relaxation
Evening workshops may include movement sessions and a fire ceremony inspired by the Sivananda tradition, alongside more traditional meditation practices.
These sessions further support detoxification by helping release blockages and tension held on physical, mental, and emotional levels. They encourage deeper relaxation and a greater sense of release.
During the day, you are free to rest, swim, enjoy a therapy session, explore the surroundings, walk in the area, or even help in the organic gardens. Once a week, we also visit one of the beautiful local beaches.
There is also a selection of related videos, DVDs, and films to watch. The sauna is available in the early evening, and the hot tub can be used throughout the day.
