We also incorporate the latest research to ensure the best possible experience.
Since launching in 1992, our comprehensive body, mind, and spirit programme has been among the first of its kind. Over the years, it has evolved through decades of experience and knowledge, supporting guests from around the world.
Each part of the retreat is designed to support physical, mental, and emotional detoxification and purification, making it effective for a wide range of wellbeing goals. Detoxing And Yoga
Our yoga classes are open to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Skilled teachers guide each session in a way that is both enriching and deeply relaxing, while also supporting your detox journey.
Yoga plays a central role in the programme. Gentle movement, stretching, twisting, and deep breathing all contribute to the detox process for body, mind, and spirit. As the lymph and blood carry released toxins through the body more efficiently, elimination is supported at a faster pace.
Yoga also encourages relaxation, activating the restorative parasympathetic nervous system and giving the body space to clean and heal itself. The more you detox, the greater the effects of the yoga practice.
Exercise, Meditation and Relaxation
Evening workshops may include movement sessions and a fire ceremony inspired by the Sivananda tradition, alongside more traditional meditation practices.
These sessions help release blockages and tension held on physical, mental, and emotional levels, allowing you to let go more easily and relax more deeply.
During the day, you are free to rest, swim, join a therapy session, explore the surroundings, walk in the area, or help in the organic gardens. Once a week, there is also a trip to one of the beautiful local beaches.
A collection of related videos, DVDs, and films is available, while the sauna runs in the early evening and the hot tub can be used throughout the day.
