The roots of our juice detox fasts lie in the trailblazing work of Bernard Jensen, Swami Sivananda, and Dr. Gerson, whose approaches to cleansing and detoxification helped shape the programme. Their influence is joined by the healing power of yoga, meditation, fasting, and alternative therapies, while today’s latest research is also woven in to ensure the highest possible standard of care.
Since 1992, this comprehensive body, mind, and spirit programme has been among the first of its kind. Over the years, it has grown through invaluable experience and knowledge, supporting guests from around the world.
Each part of the retreat is designed to support physical, mental, and emotional detoxification and purification, making it effective for people at many different stages of their wellness journey. It also appeals to those who want to deepen their understanding of natural health practices and embrace a more abundant, positive way of living, taking that awareness back into everyday life.
Group connection is an important part of the experience. Four times a day, guests gather for juices and broth, along with group classes and workshops.

What's Included
Detoxing And Yoga
Yoga classes are open to everyone, whether you are new to the practice or already experienced. Our skilled teachers guide each session in a way that is both relaxing and supportive, helping to enhance your detox experience.
Yoga is a key element of the programme because the combination of gentle movement, stretching, twisting, and deep breathing can significantly support the detox process for body, mind, and spirit. As the lymph and blood transport released toxins through the body more efficiently, elimination is accelerated.
In addition, the relaxation created through yoga activates the healing and restorative parasympathetic nervous system, giving the body space to cleanse and restore itself. The deeper the detox, the greater the benefits of the yoga practice.
Exercise, Meditation and Relaxation
Evening workshops may include movement sessions and a fire ceremony inspired by the Sivananda tradition, alongside more traditional meditation practices.
These sessions further support detoxification by releasing blockages and tension held on physical, mental, and emotional levels. They help you let go and settle into deeper relaxation.
During the day, you may relax, swim, enjoy a therapy session, explore the surroundings, walk in the area, or even help in the organic gardens. Once a week, there is also a trip to one of the beautiful local beaches.
A selection of videos, DVDs, and related films is available to watch. The sauna is open in the early evening, and the hot tub is available throughout the day.
Therapies
Additional therapies are available to help support toxin elimination and balance the whole system. The sauna also assists cleansing through the skin. Treatments include:
