This 200-hour Yoga TTC in Bali offers a distinctive multi-style training that brings Yin and Vinyasa flow together in one immersive experience. The course is designed so students can explore both the Yang and Yin qualities of practice each day. Vinyasa Flow, representing the Yang aspect, focuses on dynamic sequences that move through different areas of the body while teaching students how to build and structure a flow of their own. Practicing movement with breath supports strength, flexibility, and a more physically challenging experience.
Yin Yoga, on the other hand, highlights the quieter Yin side of practice. Postures are held for 4–6 minutes, allowing the body to soften and release tension from the deeper connective tissues, including ligaments, joints, and fascia. Together, these two styles complement one another beautifully: Vinyasa helps strengthen the muscles, while Yin supports release, recovery, and greater flexibility in deeper tissues. Practiced together, they can help prevent injuries and encourage a more sustainable long-term yoga practice.
Beyond asana, the training includes the science and philosophy behind both styles, along with practical guidance on sequencing, safe use of props, and class structure. The course also explores the deeper roots of Yin Yoga through Taoist tradition, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the concept of Qi, while Vinyasa is studied through its evolution from Hatha Yoga and the importance of breath-led movement.
The program is affiliated with Yoga Alliance, USA, and is offered at a Yoga Alliance-registered school. It is suitable for beginners to intermediate-level students and runs for 21 days. Check-in is on the 1st of every month and check-out is on the 21st of every month.
