Rooted in the tantric path, this workshop invites participants into a profound exploration of love, sexuality, and spirituality. Tantra, like yoga and Zen practice, is an ancient path toward enlightenment that emerged in India thousands of years ago. Known for challenging taboos and conventional thinking, it has long honored sexuality as a genuine doorway to ecstasy and spiritual awakening, while also being shaped by Hinduism, Buddhism, and Taoism.
This experience is designed for women and men who wish to live the full potential of their relationships. Tantra teaches love, tantra teaches sex, and tantra teaches acceptance of desire, emotion, and human experience. It offers a way to transform sexual energy into a source of vitality, happiness, and conscious living.
The workshop may be organized in four connected parts, each with its own theme:
The kingdom of the senses
This first part opens the door to the senses as lived experience rather than abstract idea. Through this process, sexual energy can be transformed into spiritual energy and love.
Methods used: conversations, meditation, dance, massage, breathing and voice work, and energetic exercises for body, spirit, and soul.
Questions explored: What do I need to realize my deepest wishes in love and sexuality? How can I recognize the patterns that shape me? How can I change them?
Sensations, emotions, intuitions
This course explores inner and outer receptivity. It invites participants into an experience of ecstasy that is free from desire and expectation of the other. You learn to love yourself, understand your needs, and approach another person from a more centered place, whether your wish is for intimacy, love, sexuality, or distance.
We work with the keys of love for oneself and for others: the eyes, breath, communication, touch, relaxation, dance, and sound.
Questions explored: What do I need from my partner? How do I look for it? How do I express it?
Through a dream journey, we also explore how to access the soul of the world of which we are part.
How to ride the tiger
Within the safety of the group, participants are guided to discover and experience the body, sensuality, and feelings. Using breath of fire and other tantric tools, the practice supports riding a high wave of energy with a partner for an extended time.
Methods used: conversations, meditation, dance, massage, breath and voice work, and energetic exercises for body, spirit, and soul.
Questions explored: Who is the beloved? How do I relate to him or her? How do I feel my own sensuality and my partner’s sensuality? How can we dance with differences in a positive way?
Sacred sex with my beloved in meditation
This final part explores the spiritual dimension of love and relationship. Together, we look at how to invite divine energy to dance with us, and how to love while remaining free.
We also explore the wisdom of the valley orgasm, in a journey that leads from fear of loss toward deep intimacy.
