My identity – my personality
6 days: 22.08. -
Set against the calming backdrop of Greece’s Mediterranean landscape, this week-long intensive seminar brings together deep self-awareness and restorative time in nature. It is designed to support the exploration and strengthening of your identity and personality in a safe, mindful environment, while also leaving room for relaxation and regeneration.
Located at the foot of the Pelion Mountains, Peli Kastri offers a setting shaped by sea, light, and quiet natural beauty. The week creates space for mental revitalisation, for processing inner experiences, and for sharing meals, conversations, and free time with the group in our own Greek taverna, known for its excellent cuisine and close proximity to the beach.
What is the intensive seminar about?
Over the course of the week, you will join others on a journey of discovery to identify hidden causes that may be affecting you negatively. Your own wishes and goals are central to the process, and the group will work together to better understand the path toward them, while also learning how to engage with newly discovered and existing inner resources.
Identity is understood here not as something fixed, but as an evolving process. Personality, too, continues to develop throughout life, influenced by childhood experiences, personal decisions, relationships, and inner growth.
Guided by Thomas Weber in a professionally and responsibly led seminar, you will gain fresh perspectives on yourself in an atmosphere of nature, tranquillity, and mindfulness. Creative media will also support your self-awareness process.
This seminar is for you if you:
Process & structure
Each seminar day is divided into two parts:
Optional time may include swimming, sunbathing, walks, time at the tavern, conversations with others, peace and relaxation, individual discussions with the seminar leaders, as well as planned activities such as boat trips or village visits.
The rhythm of inner work, combined with cicadas, ocean waves, and beach sunsets, supports greater clarity, emotional regulation, and a noticeable strengthening of inner balance.
Course led by Thomas Weber
Course language: German, with English translation on request
Extension option: The seminar Intuitive Archery and Mindfulness will take place from 29 August.
Thomas Weber is a therapist with decades of experience and founder as well as director of the Institute for Neuropsychotherapy in Vienna. His approach goes beyond classic conversation techniques, using neuropsychotherapeutic and body-oriented methods to address not only the mind, but also the nervous system. By working with the felt sense and stress regulation techniques, participants can begin to release blocking patterns and gain deeper access to their identity. The aim is to recognise hidden causes that have held them back and to understand personality as a living, changeable process.
