Throughout the week, you will be guided to stay present with whatever arises as you connect with others. In that process, you may begin to notice the ways you close your heart and repeat childhood wounds within intimacy today. This awareness becomes the foundation for meaningful change.
You will also develop the communication skills needed to express what is happening in your inner world to your beloved, allowing you to move through challenges together with greater understanding and compassion.
The final element of this training focuses on bringing sexuality into deeper connection with the heart, opening the way for a profound and lasting sexual bond that can support intimacy for years to come.
