This retreat combines parts work approaches, including IFS and Voice Dialogue, with Buddhist meditation practices to deepen self-understanding, compassion, and the ability to step back from the inner patterns that can limit growth. In particular, the workshop focuses on meeting the inner critic and perfectionist with greater awareness and less identification, creating space for a more open and easeful unfolding.
Participants can expect a thoughtful blend of silent and guided sitting meditation, along with group facilitation that invites direct exploration of inner parts. The experience is designed to support both insight and practical reflection in a supportive setting.
This workshop is open to anyone drawn to a more liberated heart, or to those wishing to work through obstacles in Dharma practice and personal awareness. Both first-time and experienced meditators are welcome, and all can expect nourishment and meaningful insight.
In-person only.
Saturday, May 23rd, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Lunch will be provided.
