Inner Child Work

This healing process is designed to support the release of negative emotions, repressed feelings, and self-defeating thoughts that may be unconsciously held within the emotional and mental energy systems. By bringing the inner child and adult self into greater harmony, the work may open the way to a deeper sense of peace, clarity, joy, and creative productivity. It also offers insight into dysfunctional family dynamics and co-dependence.

This approach is intended to help uncover how pain and fear may have caused the inner child to become trapped. The process begins with the emotional body, focusing on the second spleen/sacral chakra, where feelings about ourselves and the world are held.

In childhood, many of us begin with openness, love, and a natural trust in the gifts we carry. We dream boldly, feel deeply, and connect with the creative force inside us. Over time, however, life experiences can teach us to distrust our feelings. As that inner guidance becomes muted, we may lose touch with joy, passion, and the ability to create beauty in our lives.

The final two sessions focus on the mental body, located in the solar plexus chakra, which is associated with self-confidence. When negative beliefs take root here, they can create recurring patterns of failure and hopelessness. Through the full process, the emotional child and the mental adult are brought together so they can become whole.

This process includes four sessions, and commitment to all four is necessary. The cost covers the complete series, with each session lasting approximately one to two hours.
