Join us for a unique six-day retreat designed to nurture balance and harmony across body, mind, and spirit. This immersive experience is led by two senior teachers and offers a thoughtfully paced program that blends movement, stillness, and reflection throughout each day.
Guests can look forward to twice-daily sessions featuring yoga, meditation, pranayama, chanting, mantras, and meaningful discussions that invite deeper insight and connection. Each element is created to support a grounded, restorative atmosphere, allowing participants to step away from daily demands and reconnect with themselves in a supportive setting.
With its combination of practice, study, and shared experience, this retreat offers an enriching space for renewal, inner clarity, and a more balanced way of being.

Located on the second floor of the main house, the Superior Rooms offer approximately 33 sqm of comfortable space, designed with a warm and intimate atmosphere. Their lower ceilings and smaller windows create a cozy, restful feel that many guests appreciate for a more private and relaxed stay.
Each room includes a sofa bed, making this option especially suitable for additional family members or guests traveling together. Thoughtfully arranged to balance comfort and practicality, the Superior Room provides a welcoming base for unwinding after a day of rest, wellness activities, or exploring the surroundings.
With its peaceful setting and inviting character, this room category is a great choice for those who value a homely ambiance and a sense of quiet retreat.
