Have you been dreaming of becoming a yoga teacher? Perhaps you already feel called to teach. Maybe you simply want to go deeper into the practice, or you are already teaching and want to expand your knowledge. This hybrid format is designed for students who want both depth and flexibility, with real integration built in.
Instead of stepping away from your life for three full weeks, you begin from home with three months of live online study, then come together for ten immersive days in Bali. During the online portion, you build a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and personal practice before meeting in person to practice teach, embody the work, and fully integrate what you have learned.
Who is our YTT for?
This is more than a training. It is a journey that meets you where you are and invites you into a deeper, more embodied relationship with yoga.
What You're Learning
This holistic 200-hour training blends asana, anatomy, philosophy, meditation, and pranayama so you graduate with a well-rounded understanding of yoga beyond the poses.
