Host your retreat in Goa without the stress of managing every detail alone.
If you’d love to bring your students to India or already have a group excited to come to Goa, this is a welcoming place to do it. With the space ready and the essentials in place, Palm Trees offers a smooth, reliable setting for a yoga holiday. Even if this is your first time leading a retreat, you’ll have support from a team that understands how to make the experience feel simple and well organised.
Set on the backwaters of Patnem Beach, the property offers a peaceful escape just a 10-minute walk from the beach and away from the busier tourist areas. From here, your guests can enjoy sunset meditation by the Arabian Sea or take a refreshing swim at the end of the day. Agonda and Palolem are also only a short rickshaw ride away.
Mornings begin with the sounds of nature, chai by the riverside, and beautiful views of palm trees, birds, and monkeys. Meals are served in the riverside restaurant, where guests can enjoy hearty vegetarian food in a relaxed setting. Everything needed for a well-run retreat is already available, so you can focus on bringing your students together.
Teach in a shala surrounded by nature
The yoga shala is private, quiet, and exclusively yours during your stay. Natural light filters through the palm trees throughout the day, creating a calm atmosphere for practice. Mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters are already provided, so there is nothing to transport or arrange.
Stay comfortably in the cottages
The property can host up to 20 guests across 10 cottages. There are five spacious king-bed suites for couples or anyone wanting extra room, and five twin cottages ideal for friends sharing the experience. Each room is large, fitted with mosquito nets, and includes a modern bathroom with hot water and a private terrace overlooking the palm garden. The cottages surround the yoga shala, helping the group stay connected and close together.
Dining and spa experiences
Your package includes daily brunch in the Riverside Restaurant, with fresh chai, tea, coffee, and nourishing vegetarian dishes made with local fruit and vegetables. Vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs can be accommodated with care. Fresh juice and tropical fruit are also served before afternoon sessions or as needed. Group evening buffets can be arranged on request, offering satisfying vegetarian meals for full days of practice.
Guests can also enjoy authentic Ayurvedic spa treatments on site. Options include Abhyanga massage, Shirodhara, and rejuvenating body polishes. Treatments are scheduled around your yoga sessions, and you and your guests receive 10% off all spa treatments.

Together, they offer calm, experienced support in a fun and progressive environment, with local knowledge that helps everything run smoothly.
Planning details
Palm Trees Yoga Resort is available for bookings from October through April, when Goa enjoys its dry season, comfortable temperatures, and plenty of sunshine. We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for the peak season from December to February. A deposit is required to secure your dates, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.

Set in the original heart of the Palm Trees area, these traditional Keralan eco-cottages offer an authentic stay surrounded by lush greenery and natural calm. Built from coconut wood, mud blocks, and palm leaves, they are thoughtfully designed to blend into the landscape rather than stand apart from it. A peaceful river runs alongside the cottages, adding to the sense of quiet and connection with nature.
Each cottage includes a private terrace with views over the palm garden, creating a lovely spot to rest, read, or simply enjoy the stillness. Inside, guests will find mosquito nets and fans, with air conditioning available for extra comfort. The atmosphere here is especially suited to yoga holiday guests looking for relaxation, tranquillity, and a grounded environment. With birds moving through the trees and hammocks placed between the palms, this is a place where slowing down feels completely natural.

Set on the Yoga Space side, these cottages offer a bright, contemporary atmosphere while keeping you closely connected to nature. Designed for comfort, each cottage is air-conditioned and includes a private terrace overlooking the gardens, creating a peaceful place to unwind between sessions. The surroundings feel open and refreshing, with lush greenery all around and a relaxed rhythm that makes it easy to settle in from the moment you arrive.
At the heart of the area, the open-air Coconut Shala is framed by tropical plants and views stretching up into the palm canopy, adding to the sense of spaciousness and calm. This setting is especially popular for most retreats and 300-hour teacher trainings, thanks to its balanced blend of natural beauty and everyday comfort. It is an ideal choice for guests looking for a welcoming space to gather, slow down, and enjoy the fresh air in a serene environment.
