




Set in the African bush, this restorative wellness retreat is designed to support your holistic wellbeing through physical activity, stress management, and creative expression as a way to relax and reset. Each day blends health, wellness, and safari experiences, giving you the chance to step away from daily pressures and reconnect with your personal sense of balance.
Alongside immersive safari activities such as game drives, nature walks, and birding, you will have the opportunity to encounter an incredible range of wildlife, including elephants, lions, wild dogs, cheetah, buffalo, sable, and more.
To nurture your health and wellbeing, the program includes strength and fitness classes, yoga sessions, a stress management workshop, a holistic wellness talk-shop, an artistic and creativity session, and dedicated time with your personal wellness guide.

ACCOMMODATION: IGANYANA TENTED CAMP
For this re-energising health and fitness safari, you will be hosted at the luxurious Iganyana Tented Camp. Set within an exclusive wildlife concession bordering Hwange National Park, the camp offers personalised hospitality, wholesome healthy meals, and exceptional game viewing both in camp and on game drives, day and night, as well as guided nature walks. Wildlife sightings may include elephants, lions, wild dogs, giraffe, cheetah, buffalo, zebra, sable, and more.
The camp features 16 luxury tents, each with an African view across the ancient riverbed known as the Dete Vlei. Connected by natural level walkways, the tents are arranged in an elegant arc around an open-plan main area with a deck, pizza oven, rustic fire boma, lounge, dining deck, and swimming pool visited by elephants coming to drink.
UPLIFTING YOUR HEALTH & WELLNESS
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Each session lasts approximately one hour and takes place on the dedicated movement deck overlooking the Dete Vlei. As wildlife such as elephants, impala, and giraffe may pass by, there may also be moments to pause and enjoy their presence during class.
STRESS MANAGEMENT
These half-hour sessions introduce practical relaxation techniques, including breathing exercises, mindfulness, and meditation. You will also have time to speak with your wellness guide about ways to better manage stress.
TALKSHOPS
Holistic wellness is a complex and interconnected system that shapes your current state of health and satisfaction. By exploring your present state of wellness, you will identify ways to support your personal health while gaining the knowledge and skills to do so.
YOUR WELLNESS GUIDE & INSTRUCTOR
Kerrith O'Fee is a Zimbabwean-based yoga instructor and virtual wellness coordinator with 5 years of experience in health promotion. Drawing on her background in Psychology and Industrial Psychology, she supports holistic wellbeing, stress management, mental health, and a healthy routine lifestyle.
She teaches a range of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Power, Restorative, Prenatal, and Postnatal, and also instructs fitness classes focused on endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility.
When she is not on her yoga mat, Kerri can be found in the bush supporting WITA in anti-poaching and conservation work, or enjoying a sunset over a watering hole with a refreshing G&T.
