Healing Day Retreat

Set aside a full day to slow down, restore, and give your body and soul the care they deserve. This retreat is designed as a gentle pause from everyday life, offering space to reconnect with yourself in a calm and supportive setting.

Throughout the day, the experience will be guided by the energies of the group and shaped by the therapies that feel most appropriate in the moment. While the exact flow may vary, Reiki, sound healing, and drumming are expected to be part of the journey, creating a soothing atmosphere for relaxation and inner balance.

This is a time to pause, to be heard, to unwind, and to simply be present for yourself.

• Time to pause
• Time to be heard
• Time to relax
• Time for you

Refreshments and lunch are included, and dietary requirements can be shared in advance to ensure your needs are taken care of.
