Surrounded by lush nature, close to the Kabani River and near a tiger reserve in northern Kerala, the setting creates a rare atmosphere for rest, reflection, and renewal.
Participants will explore traditional practices including asanas, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, and Ayurveda, with guidance from experienced teachers, a Swami of philosophy, and an Ayurvedic doctor.
The retreat invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and the natural world, and open to transformation. Organic meals, Ayurvedic treatments, and spiritual practices are intended to detoxify body and mind while supporting overall wellbeing and immunity.

Bhoomaji Chaitanya
He entered monastic life at 18, studied Sanskrit and yoga scriptures, trained at Sivananda Ashram, and completed advanced yoga training. He also lived as a sadhu, practiced in the caves of Gangotri, and founded Aarsha Yoga Vidya Peetham.
He is known for his simplicity, charisma, and deep yogic wisdom.
Swami Nadananda Puri
A spiritual teacher with decades of experience in Vedanta and yoga philosophy, he has lived the life of a sadhu and taught yoga and scriptures since 2001.
Rooted in ahimsa, or non-violence, this experience is suitable for all levels. The practices include asanas, pranayama, kriyas, and meditation.
The Sivananda method offers a practice that is both respectful and energizing. The yoga paths explored include Bhakti, Jnana, Hatha, and Karma Yoga.
It also includes mantra chanting (kirtan), philosophy sessions, and cleansing practices that support energy flow and mental clarity.
