
From a Tibetan Buddhist perspective, buddha nature is the deepest ground of our being: an ever-present source of dignity, awareness, warmth, love, compassion, and wisdom, even when it is hidden beneath habitual thought patterns and reactive habits. This week-long study and retreat offers a meaningful opportunity to explore that inner richness in a supportive, contemplative environment.
During the retreat, participants will be introduced to three modes of practice from Tibetan Buddhism, each intended to help bring us into closer alignment with these innate qualities. One of these, the receptive mode, cultivates a field of care that can open a direct connection to unconditional love. With a thoughtful balance of teaching, reflection, and practice, the program creates space to deepen relationship with the qualities already present within us, while encouraging clarity, tenderness, and a sense of inner spaciousness.
