Guided Ibogaine therapy (4 nights)

Floatation, Ibogaine, 5-MeO-DMT, and integration are woven into a carefully structured four-night retreat, with special discounts available for locals.

Day 1: Check-in takes place between 12pm and 3pm. Guests are asked to arrive fasted for 8 hours so blood and urine tests can be completed to confirm liver function. At 5pm, participants may enjoy the wood-fired Finnish sauna, a cold plunge, and a floatation session in a dense Epsom salt solution to help replenish magnesium levels before the Ibogaine journey begins.

Day 2: The Ibogaine journey starts after a nurse arrives at 11am to conduct an EKG and confirm safe conditions for the therapy, which is scheduled for 12pm. The experience unfolds in three main stages:

• an acute phase
• a reflective period
• a residual stimulation phase

Each stage offers a different opportunity for insight and personal growth, helping participants draw meaning from the experience and take constructive steps in their lives.

Day 3: During the residual stimulation phase, which usually begins 12 to 24 hours after the dose, the client enters what is often called “the gray day.” This stage may last 24 to 72 hours, depending on the individual, as the psychoactive effects gradually fade and normal functioning returns.

Day 4: The post-Gray-Day bufo session opens the door to non-dual experience. By this point, the brain is described as having been “defragged” by Ibogaine and resting in a quiet, receptive state, ready for a new “operating system.” This unique neurochemical and psychological window supports a transition from deep psycho-biography through Ibogaine into profound non-dual ontology with 5-MeO-DMT, potentially supporting a transformative healing of both personal narrative and core identity.

Day 5: Integration focuses on making meaning from the experience by identifying concrete shifts in perspective and behavior. The guiding question is: how do you bring these insights into your life now? The retreat concludes with a peaceful moment to absorb the inner calm and clarity gained before checkout at 11am.
