In this talk, participants are encouraged to explore how meditation can become part of everyday life, helping reveal that spiritual practice and daily living are not separate paths, but one continuous experience.
Guest speaker Claude AnShin Thomas is a fully ordained Zen Buddhist monk in the Soto Zen tradition, ordained since 1995.
